We accept debit cards and credit cards for in-home appointments. No cash, cheques or e-transfers please. In-person, chip/swipe credit card transactions include a 2% surcharge for card processing. There is no fee for debit cards. You can choose to receive your receipt by email or text message.
Depending on the condition of your piano and the length of time since its’ last service, it may take up to 2.5 hours if a pitch raise is required. A piano tuned every 9 months will take approximately 1.5 hours to tune.
