They took great care in moving a large grand piano from Edmonton, up a very difficult staircase with multiple landings, setting it up and a few days later, tuning it. I strongly recommend Parkland Piano Service for their professionalism and quality of work.

Helped us to buy a piano from Calgary, first inspecting it for potential repairs and then carefully moving it to our home, and later tuning it to standard a440 pitch. If you are looking for a piano try searching Edmonton and Calgary as they can inspect in either city and then bring it to Red Deer for you!

Mike was friendly, informative and efficient. He was happy to answer all my (multitude of) questions and offer suggestions without being “pushy”. He wasn’t in a rush plus he played a nice repertoire when he was finished. Super happy! 😀

Great job replacing the casters on our 110 year old "upright grand" piano. It weighs half a ton and with the old seized iron casters was impossible to move. The new (double) wheels have ball bearings and easily roll across our new hardwood floors without leaving any marks! The tuning is a 10/10, and the cleaning service has left it smelling alot better.

Top quality piano tuning, repairs and restoration in the Red Deer area. I have always been pleased with their work and it is easy to book online or by phone. Will hire them again this winter when it gets dry out and the pitch drops. Highly recommended!

I contacted Parkland Piano to regulate by Kawai grand. They reponded quickly and it was easy to book. Tech was happy to answer a few questions although I tried to leave him alone haha.

Yamaha upright regulation took 1 day and brought the sound and playability back to when it was new (was built in 2003 and has been played almost daily).

Perfect tuning of our upright Yamaha piano. The house where it is in gets very humid in the summer so they installed a climate control "life saver system" that keeps it from getting too moist in the summer and keeps it from drying out in the winter. Very worthwhile investment and we are already noticing a dramatic improvement.

Their workshop made our neglected old Baldwin look like new again. Also they fixed the thin front left leg which was cracked by movers. Its impossible to tell that it has been repaired. Great detail work including replating of all the little hinges.

I own a classic Erard upright piano. In the past, other companies/technicians have had a hard time working with its unusual action. In the case of Parkland Piano it was handled professionally without issue. Cheaper too as they do everything faster.

My keytops needed replacement, the ivory was chipped and stained and was not pretty to play or look at. The tech came to my home, removed the keys and then returned a week later with them looking brand new! It was totally worth it.

One note of our piano had a strange zinging sound for a few months. The man at Parkland Piano was able to identify the issue (something about the way the hammer was striking the string) and resolve the problem within a single appointment. Tuning sounds great too.

We recently hired Parkland Piano Service to completely rebuild our baby grand piano, an heirloom that has been in our family for over 100 years. We weren't sure if we would be able to find a local company we could trust. Luckily we found Parkland and we couldn't be happier with the result! My mother cried when she heard it "singing" as well as it did when she was a kid. It looks fantastic too.

The piano tuning we received --- 5 stars! I can’t say enough nice things about the service we received. Skilled & knowledgeable. Our piano had couple of keys that weren't making a sound, and the piano was quite flat. Both issues were skilfully resolved. It sounds really great now, better than after any other tuning we've had! Friendly, warm service.
